CALVARY BIBLE CHURCH
Focusing Upward - Reaching Outward - Ministering Inward
Calvary Bible Church exists to glorify God by faithfully preaching the Word of God, sending and supporting missionaries throughout the world, impacting our immediate community, and loving and supporting those in our congregation.
Wednesday Bible Study
We have resumed our normal Wednesday evening prayer meeting and Bible study at the church building. We meet from 6:30-8 p.m. We are also livestreaming the Bible study portion of the service (link located to the left). We look forward to you joining us for this important time to pray for our church, our communities, leaders, and country.
The senior saints will be having a kickoff picnic at the Lewis pond. Burgers, brats, beverages, and table service will be provided. Please bring a side dish and/or dessert to share as well as serving utensils. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy the fellowship.
Join us on October 4 from 2:30-3:30 as we gather together with many other congregations across the nation to to pray and make the visible demonstration that clearly states "Abortion kills children."
What to Expect at Calvary
Thank you for checking us out! If you are looking for a church family, we hope you will consider Calvary. When you arrive at the church, the first thing you will notice when you walk in is smiling people. We are friendly and enjoy visitors.
The music is upbeat, yet worshipful. We sing many of the latest choruses and popular worship songs, and we are sure to include great hymns of the faith. The songs are chosen to lead the congregation in a worshipful mindset that prepares them for the preaching of the Word.
It is our desire "to present every man perfect in Jesus Christ" (Colossians 1:28). Therefore, the preaching is biblical and gives practical application for the issues in life in the 21st century.
We love children! We provide nursery for our littlest friends, junior church during the regular worship service for grades K-4, and Sunday school for all ages after morning worship.
