Our Mission
As a result of this ministry, students will fall deeper in love with and be more committed followers of Jesus Christ, actively living out their faith wherever God places them. Building mature students in Christ through tailored discipleship, fellowship, and service alongside their peers by godly, invested adults.
Who is this for?
The youth ministry is for teenagers, those who find themselves in 7th to 12th grades.
The primary focus of the youth ministry revolves around preaching a full-orbed gospel of Jesus Christ to students and applying it to their everyday lives, seeking to build mature believers who love Jesus, not only because of their heritage, but because they have personally encountered the Living God and have walked away changed.
Our Goals as pertaining to our Mission
Discipleship - Teaching and spiritual apprenticeship by godly, invested adults for the purpose of training up into righteousness and mature citizenship in God’s kingdom (Luke 6:40; Eph. 4:11-17; 1 Pet. 1:14-16).
Fellowship - With those who are of similar age (7th-12th grade) and with godly, responsible, invested adults (Eccl. 4:9-12; Heb. 10:24-25).
Service - Serving one another and those around them through inner-youth group roles and responsibilities, opportunities within the church body, and service/mission trips and activities (Matt. 5:13-16; 1 Cor. 12:1-27; Gal. 6:10).
